Act 17 of 2023 designates the interchange of U.S. Routes 22/322 with Arch Rock Road in Fermanagh Township, Juniata County, as the Trooper Jacques F. Rougeau, Jr. Memorial Interchange.
WHO: Pennsylvania State Police Sgt. Lucas Rankin, Rep. Perry Stambaugh (R-Perry/Juniata), Sen. Judy Ward (R-Blair/Fulton/Huntingdon/Juniata/Mifflin), and representatives of the Rougeau family and Pennsylvania Department of Transportation
