On Monday, July 29, the House Environmental Resources and Energy Committee held a public hearing on legislation that would enact Gov. Josh Shapiro’s desire to address his belief that Pennsylvania is falling behind other states in the race to diversify its energy sources and create clean, reliable, and affordable energy. Following the hearing, Rep. Perry Stambaugh, a member of the committee, offered his thoughts on House Bill 2277.
